But dancing is more than a way to have fun. Becoming more aware of your body

When you dance, you need to be constantly aware of your surroundings, otherwise you would trip and fall, or knock something over. At the same time, you need to be conscious about your body, the way you move and how much or how fast you can move, in order to not disturb those around you.
